Combatting Human Trafficking by Subjecting Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to Criminal Liability.

This memorial urges the U.S. Congress to pass H.R. 9174, the "State Immigration Enforcement Act," which would allow state and local governments to enforce immigration laws.
