Growing the Surveillance State and Encouraging "Taxation Through Citation" by Allowing School Bus Camera Companies to Receive Funds from Fines and Expanding Permitted Uses of Recordings.

This bill contains several provisions related to energy and the environment. Among the provisions is an increase, from 15 miles to 100 miles, in the maximum length of natural gas pipelines, before certification is required under the Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Siting Act.
