Finally, employers are required to report previous employees for actions, such as refusing to return to work or failing to appear for a scheduled interview. Support is the Limited Government Position as combatting fraud within the state's unemployment insurance system is critical to maintaining low payroll taxes for businesses, which are forced to pay into the system. While unemployment insurance should not be carried out by government - rather, a system should be established whereby individuals and companies can purchase into a program on the private marketplace - lawmakers have a duty to maintain the integrity of the system.

This motion overrides the Governor's veto of a bill that expands the ability of individuals to sell homemade food products, including some cottage food products that may be "potentially hazardous or require time or temperature control for safety."
