Forcing Taxpayers to Fund LGBTQ Films and Critical Race Theory Through a $10.1 Million Appropriation to the Mississippi Arts Commission.

This bill provides a "right of first refusal" to existing utility companies to construct new transmission facilities and infrastructure for electricity. As a result, other outside companies that construct electricity infrastructure are unable to bid on projects unless an existing utility company declines to take on a new project.
