Providing Regulatory Relief by Allowing the Use of "Ungraded Lumber" to Construct Structures which are Not Habitable Spaces.

This bill ultimately provides small businesses with tax relief. Specifically, the bill expands the eligibility of partnerships to elect to pay income taxes at the entity level. Under existing state law, this election was only available to partnerships in which all owners and operators were eligible to be shareholders of an S-corporation under federal law.
