The projects are said to be funded through sales tax revenue generated at the facility. Oppose is the Limited Government Position as building and managing entertainment facilities is not one of the limited functions of government. Additionally, this measure places taxpayers at risk via bond issuance, especially if such facility does not generate the expected amount of revenue. The private sector and free market is the best mechanism to determine the need and provide investment for entertainment facilities.
